In 2019, he took the leap and put this knowledge into his own business, Posh Cockney was born.

Liam is an entrepreneur with a burning desire for success and helping the people around him to succeed. His business and industry knowledge, along with his leadership skills are key factors in his ability to grow Posh Cockney with such speed and success.

As a hospitality specialist based in London, his key skills lie in Marketing, PR, Sales & Operations. He has a proven track record in restaurant openings and managing many successful marketing and PR campaigns that have achieved a fantastic ROI for his clients. He continually focuses on business growth using innovative strategies to drive excellence across operations and service.

This extensive experience has led to Liam building strong relationships throughout the hospitality sector, this giving him a great amount of industry knowledge – a man always in the know!

Liam founded ‘Posh Cockney’ with the belief that he can take every venue and company he consultants on ‘to the next level’ of business success. ​Dedicated to achieving high standards and exceptional quality in customer service delivery, he combines commercial and financial acumen to control budgets, manage P&L and realise cost savings by effectively negotiating with external suppliers.

Liam’s other​ key strengths lie in the ability to build, develop and manage high performing teams, continually leading by example to share knowledge and deliver training as a hands-on mentor. He believes in encouraging collaborative working and innovation to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance productivity.

Enzo Testa - Business & Strategy Specialist

Enzo has brought his entrepreneur and business growth knowledge to ‘Posh
Cockney’. As well as building and running several successful companies over the years he is also well-known for his previous role as the Executive Managing Director for Archant London (the first free newspaper group in London).

Enzo’s own background in music and event production started in his teens when he was promoting music events at his local club. He was soon booking many iconic acts and celebrities to perform at his club. This past knowledge of the nightclub industry meant there was a natural bond and understanding between him and Liam.

Fundamentally, both Liam and Enzo agree on the necessary requirements for nightclub management, event organising and entertainment. Enzo utilised this working relationship with Liam when arranging his company’s corporate events, charity fundraising dinners, and Christmas parties and also Celebrity Award event management functions.

Enzo’s role at Archant gave him the opportunity to put into action his event management knowledge and capitalise his contacts in the entertainment industry, to organise, promote and sponsor in-door and out-door concerts, shows and charity events.

Some of these events starred many famous acts such as Sir Robin Gibb, Wet Wet Wet, The Drifters, Spandau Ballet, Rod Stewart, as well as Cliff Richard and many others. Enzo’s newspaper group were key sponsors for the outdoor concerts at Kenwood House, which included acts such as Katherine Jenkins, Blondie and Jamie Cullum.

Marijana Jakupi - Social Media & Marketing Manager

Marijana is a bachelor in International Events Management. From a young age, she has participated at helping her family with their restaurant business, where she has taken on a variety of responsibilities, including running one of the restaurants for 4 years during the busy period of summer. Her love for Digital Marketing developed while she was on her study period abroad in Spain, the following summer she was working as a Marketing Assistant. She always kept herself busy between her studies by learning new things.

While working in the family business she had different roles, from being a waitress, bartender to becoming the Administrator and Events Coordinator. She acquired different skills, from speaking 5 languages to improving her customer service skills, organisational skills, leadership, attention to detail and adapting to new situations.

Catherine Scott - Office Manager

In the hectic world of Posh Cockney, it’s great to have Catherine in the incredibly supportive role of Office Manager.  Catherine has come from the beauty and fashion industry to bring an inspirational style to our team.  Her administrative and organisational skills have helped us to implement the most up to date systems for our procedures and planning processes.

When setting agendas for our brand marketing and promotions, Catherine has an incredibly enthusiastic attitude for getting things done in a timely and professional manner.  This determination to succeed in her marketing responsibilities has helped Posh Cockney grow our brands through her wonderfully innovative ideas.

Our clients and business contacts can always be assured they will be looked after with a friendly and effective ‘can do’ attitude.  Catherine is also our creative and innovative ‘go to’ person during our event planning process, as her flair and eye for detail is second to none.

Emma Bolton - PR and Communications Manager

Emma is a former professional dancer, recently returned from contracts that have led her to perform all across the world. As well as performing, she has been working as the Company Manager and Casting Director.  This experience has given her the knowledge and experience to work in high pressure environments, and with people from all walks of life.

Emma has 6 years experience in the Events and Hospitality industry, working in some of London’s biggest venues. Whilst dancing may be where she started, she is no stranger to the high end London events world. She has a great ability to fully get to know and understand the needs of a client and she is excited to apply her knowledge and be a part of the Posh Cockney Team.

Creativity has always been one of Emma’s key qualities and that is clear in her writing style and content. This creativity, paired with her organisation and passion makes her a fantastic addition to the team.

Vicky Care - Luxury Travel & Concierge Specialist

Vicky joined the ‘Posh Cockney’ team after working for over 15 years in-house for a large law firm where she regularly planned and managed top level corporate travel & events.

Vicky has also worked as a Director for an Artiste Management Company, where she not only managed some high profile acts, but also specialised in organising an array of exceptional music event tours and gigs in the UK and Europe.

After studying journalism at college, Vicky also had a career as a fashion correspondent and restaurant reviewer, which gained her many VIP contacts in the fashion and show business World, as well as in the restaurant, hotel and travel industry.

With her dynamic and highly driven personality, Vicky is no stranger to negotiating with prestigious London & UK venues, as well as major league travel partners, to ensure everyone has the best of times and experiences when they organise their special occasions through ‘Posh Cockney’.
